new bikram yoga place!

yay! so i founda new bikram yoga place that is a mile from my apartment. upon first glance, it appears to hold poses for a shorter time and be slightly cooler than past places. this is good while i am training for the half marathon, i have decided, because it will allow me to save up energy for my runs and still strengthen my very weak muscles, so i am excited!

i also am excited because i can buy zico for $21 per case. this is thrilling because on amazon it is $23.99 per case....so now i can get delicious zico almost at cost. hoooooooray! k, well, it is obviously late so i will head to bed. but i just wanted to make sure i updated my post before it was morning.
