what happens when a 28 year old non-athlete decides to challenge herself and actually become (gasp) athletic? we shall see as i train for my half marathon!

i really do like what running does for me psychologically
so i was having a really bad day today - i will spare you the details - and the only time i actually felt good was when i was running my 5 miles today. it continues to amaze me that exercise really does make me better in all ways = physical, emotional, and mental. even my confidence has improved. however, it's getting off the couch when you feel sad and making the decision to do something productive that is sometimes the most difficult. word.
